For couriers

Fly the missions, cut the noise

“Hi! Available?” Another WhatsApp message, another interruption. Showcase your profile so brokers can see what you carry and where you fly. Set your availability and get found for missions that fit — without the group-chat noise.

What brokers see

Brokers only see an available courier, and the elements that make them eligible for the mission like distance and time to pickup and origin airport, country that issued the passport, car, yellow fever certificate, frequent flyer status.  Until you agree to be contacted, we don't show your name nor contact details.

01

Bases and locations

Tell the portal what your "Base" airports are, and where you usually hang out. You can use these when you don't want to be tracked by the mobile app. Don't worry, we don't just match you the one airport closest to you but instead use your actual or reported location.

02

Vehicles and the car switch

List what kind of vehicles you have, and whether you have access to one now. Also works with rentals.

03

Passports and visas

Your passports and visas decide where you can go, so having these up-to-date in your profile is what makes you eligible. Our advanced search engine uses the same rules used by IATA, so there are no surprises.

04

What you do and don't

You only do airport-to-airport? You don't want to make a last mile delivery? Tell us and brokers won't bother you with offers that don't match the need.

05

Preferences and completeness

What you want to carry, and what is still missing from your file. A broker reads an honest picture rather than a guess, which is why a half-finished profile gets fewer hits.

06

Your record

Missions you have completed and the brokers you have dealt with stay attached to your profile — the reason the same broker comes back to you on the next run.

02

Set it up once

Everything below is filled in a single time and then reused on every mission, for every broker you work with. It is also the thing doing the finding for you.

01

Bases and locations

Where you usually start from, plus saved home and destination addresses so drive times to the airport are worked out for you.

02

Vehicles and licences

Cars you can actually drive, with the driving licences behind them. A quick switch says whether you have one with you today.

03

Passports and visas

Travel documents live on the profile, so a route that needs a visa only offers you to brokers who can use it.

04

Medical and emergency details

Medical certificates and who to call, filled in once and kept where the paperwork is checked.

05

Work preferences and exclusions

What you are willing to carry and what you never will. Exclusions are stated up front, not negotiated at the gate.

06

Completion at your own pace

The profile tells you what is missing and how far it gets you, so a half-finished setup is still usable.

03

On the day

The parts that matter when you are already through security.

One toggle

Available or not. Brokers searching your route see the change straight away, so you never have to announce that you are free this weekend.

Missions with a trail

Pickup confirmed, in transit, delivered. Both sides see the same three moments, which is the fastest way to stop an argument before it starts.

Flights in the same view

Your current flight, the drive time to the airport and the disruption picture at your terminal are all next to the mission they belong to.

Notifications that reach you

New mission, changed window, a broker replying — the things you need while your laptop is still in your bag.

Questions couriers ask

How do brokers actually find me?

They search for a route and a timeframe. Your availability, your location, and your documents (passport, visas) decide whether you show up in that result — which is why a complete and up-to-date profile is important.

Do I have to chase brokers for work?

No. Keep your availability accurate, and the searches will come to you. When something fits it lands as a contact request you can accept or decline, and you work out the details 1-on-1 with the broker.

Can I say no to a job?

Absolutely. OBC Portal only facilitates the contact between you and brokers. Even if you are available, you can still decline a request to be contacted. And even if you allow to be contacted, you are not comitted to anything.

Do I need a new account for every broker?

No. One courier profile is shared among all the brokers you accept. No need to maintain a profile for each broker. A new visa? One update and you're done!
